This large family home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has beautiful curb appeal and stylish modern décor that is both comfortable and functional for a great stay. Upon entry, you are greeted by hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings that lead to a beautiful living room with plush leather sofas and large smart TV. The main living area is an open concept, perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with your group.
The Space:
This home is a Ranch Style home with all main living necessities on the main floor. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath are on the main floor with the 4th bedroom and additional full bath in the basement. Family neighborhood within of block of the community recreation center.
Guest Access:
The entire home, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living room spaces and "playroom" provide plenty ability to spread out and really make yourself at home. The open concept kitchen allows families of many sizes to enjoy the company of all involved in the cooking and conversation of others.
The back, unfenced yard, opens up to a quiet park and trails. Quiet mornings with a cup of coffee on the back patio are enjoyed by many in the summer and fall months.
The garage offers parking for one vehicle. The garage also allows provides parking for two bike cruisers to be enjoyed on the paths throughout Windsor and two cornhole boards to be played outside on the beautiful evenings around here.

Summary: We spent the week in Colorado for a sporting event and loved everything about Parkview Retreat. The home is in a great area and still within an hour of RMNP and other area attractions. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was at the home waiting for us!

Summary: We were extremely pleased with our stay here. It was clean, had large beds in each room, fun basement area to hang out in, and communication from our host was fast and friendly. If you’re not used to basement living (like us), it was chilly downstairs and we couldn’t figure out how to warm it up. Beautiful home and lots of lasting memories were made. We will definitely will be back! Thank you for everything, Meredith! :)

Summary: There ended up being seven of us staying here. The house was very spacious, very clean, and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for us all to get ready for the wedding we were going to. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. There are three bathrooms which were also very well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, towels and hair dryers. The house was in a lovely neighborhood and it was an easy drive from the Denver airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Nice little place in a great location that gives you all the feelings and comfortability of small town living. Was a perfect place for us and part of my baseball team plus was within 5 minutes of both fields we played at. Super clean property!
