Parrott’s Landing is a beautiful newly remodeled two-story home, located within walking distance of the beach. It comes complete with beautiful deer that often roam the property and a homey, comfortable house suitable for large families or groups of up to 14. There are five bedrooms and a large recreation area, which has four additional beds, a pool table, foosball, books, toys, exercise equipment, and large TV. You and your family and/or friends will be fascinated with the beautiful bike trails, water park, golf courses, and the beautiful beaches. The historical district was once the winter home for many famous and rich Americans such as Bell, Morgan, Goodyear, and Pulitzer. Much of the island is natural with trails through the forests, lake filled alligators, and tropical birds. You will not want to miss the dolphins tour, putt-putt golf, and all the games in the house.

Summary: We Love Jekyll! Love riding around the island and exploring in our red bugs and being able to cook family meals at “home.” Loved seeing the deer every morning and evening and even got to see a baby alligator across the street making his way back to the golf course. Already booked for next year! Thanks for sharing your home.

Summary: This was our family’s second visit to Parrott’s landing. The house is perfect for our group of 10. The house is spacious and has everything we needed. Our teens love having the hang out rooms upstairs. We enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard and the quick walk to the beach. The owners are very responsive to any issues or questions.

Summary: My family of 12 stayed including 6 grandbabies. There was plenty of space for sleeping and playing without being on top of each other. Beds were very comfy. The location was great and we loved our morning and afternoon deer visits. We all came home with happy hearts and feeling very rested. The only complaint I have is that there were several areas of the house that had not been cleaned very well. I communicated the specifics with the owners and they were very apologetic and have scheduled a deep cleaning service. They are great to work with and respond quickly. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Summary: We have stayed in multiple places on the island for 25 years. Parrott Landing is the best. Every member of my family, young and old enjoyed the home. The owners are wonderful and responded to anything we needed quickly, personally and kindly. Can't wait to stay there again. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: We had 5 children under 4 years old and 8 adults and there was plenty of room. Would recommend videoing the rooms so you know where everything goes since there is a lot of decor. We had to child proof the house and I was very glad we had videos. The location is great! Close to the beach and shops. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. Bernice and Richard were very helpful and responded promptly. Highly recommend!
