Positive: Easy parking. Private apartment. Clean and tidy. Short walk to the petrol station opposite will get you nice hot drinks and pastries for breakfast.
Negative: More chairs in the kitchen and bigger kitchen table could be better. When sleeping in the main room we could hear steps and noise on the ceiling from the persons staying above us. This kept waking us up.
