Positive: Gorgeous property with beautiful grounds, we were lucky to have nice weather so we could enjoy a drink in the garden on arrival. Elizabeth and John were so welcoming and happy to chat and share information about the area. They were so approachable and accommodating. The whole place was spotless, comfortable and spacious. Little touches in the room, like toiletries, biscuits etc were nice. There is a continental breakfast, and plenty of it available. It’s not my top choice of breakfast, but I came away feeling satisfied anyway. We chose this location due to completing the Spartan on the Badminton Estate which is a couple of minutes drive away, perfect! If you need to be in the area, or are simply looking for a relaxing and scenic rural break, I would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come again one day.

Positive: Very beautiful property, excellent surroundings and very quiet and peaceful. Our bedroom was very comfortable, clean and we had a good night sleep. Elizabeth is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and on hand to answer any questions and provide information. Breakfast was basic but very good, the fruit salad was my favourite.
Summary: Highly recommend this property if you want a comfortable, quiet night sleep. Great location

They provided us with great tips on what to do in the area, the best places to eat, and were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful - perfect for a getaway. Highly recommended!

Positive: Hosts Liz and John couldn’t have been more helpful. The rose covered house is beautiful with a super garden. We had tea, biscuits and cake in the garden on arrival and a fab breakfast the following morning. The bedroom and bathroom, as well as the rest of the house, were spotlessly clean and every thought had been given to guests’ comfort with fluffy dressing gowns, a hairdryer and even a small pair of scissors (which came in v handy), in the room.
Summary: Our stay was fun, relaxing and very comfortable.
