Positive: Bertrand is a great and very welcoming host. He even let us check in earlier than the scheduled time ( 3pm as shown ), as we were coming from Dijon by train after a 3 nights stay over there. Everything was perfect....very nice apartment and good location... apartment was very clean, spacious and located on 4th floor with a very nice balcony in the kitchen/ living room zone. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be back if it is available when returning to Lyon. Merci beaucoup et a bientôt

Positive: Nice space, well equipped in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Very responsive hosts, within walking distance to shops/restaurants, quiet at night. We went when it was incredibly hot and even though the space doesn't have AC, the shades and windows work well to make it tolerable if not semi-comfortable during the hottest days.

Negative: A fan or two to assist with cooling would be an inexpensive way to improve the experience and comfort. The garage was very tight for the Volvo S60 we rented, but it fit with the end sticking out of the space a bit. A bit more info on where and how to park would have made check-in a little easier.

Summary: Great host with a nice space that is a good value.
