Positive: Nicely decorated outdoor areas by the pool and around the building, spacious rooms & balconies and comfortable beds. Appreciated having been able to book a room longer for a smaller fee due to the late transfer and flight.
Negative: Aspects that can be improved: - remove from use the chipped plates and bowls in the restaurant; - remove from use the stained, ripped and worn out towels; - the sink being separate from the bathroom; - couldn’t use the beach of the hotel due to guests ‘reserving’ the sun beds by leaving their beach towels on the sun beds even if not used + not easy access to the sea; - noise from the corridors especially in the morning from housekeeping staff while servicing other rooms.

Positive: The beach was very clean and well arranged. The pool very clean as well, with many sunbeds. The food was very good, we had breakfast there every day and it was great! The people were also very nice and supportive!
Negative: Regarding the cleanness - the bed sheets in the room were not changed throughout our stay (one week). One of them had some small stains on one side, jothing major, but still… The room was cleaned every day, but mostly rearranging the things, not actually changing anything.

This family-owned hotel made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we checked in. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning ensuring everything was always in perfect condition. Location: The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the beach and being just a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Malia. This made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. They were always willing to assist us or engage in pleasant conversation, adding to the overall warmth of our stay. Dining: The fresh juices at the hotel were delicious, and the lunch menu at the beachside restaurant was excellent. We tried almost everything on the menu during our stay and were particularly impressed with the fresh fish catch of the day – it was absolutely delicious. Amenities: The pool area is a significant highlight, offering a great alternative to the sea. The sunbeds were thick, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated being able to enjoy the beach and pool on our last day even after checking out, and the hotel kindly provided towels for us to shower before our evening flight.
