Positive: The apartment was beautifully presented—spotlessly clean, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The host family were exceptionally kind and welcoming, giving us plenty of helpful information about the apartment, transport, and tips for exploring the city. The location is in a peaceful residential area, which felt safe and quiet at night, yet still very convenient. There are cafés, bars, and a small shop nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of the building, making it simple to reach the city centre. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return.
Summary: Excellent host and superb apartment.

Positive: We only needed to stay one night in San Sebastian and this place was perfect for us. It's in a residential neighborhood so it's not exactly a place you'd sit around and enjoy, it's more a base for going out. It is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were helpful. For instance, they have keep a preloaded transit card available for the occupants so that you can use the transit system for 1/4 of the price of paying on the bus, you just leave behind a few Euros with the card to cover your charges.
Negative: It's not the fault of the hosts or their accommodation, but just to inform those considering this place: we didn't feel like driving to find a grocery store, so we visited what was nearby and the prices and services in that neighborhood are, sadly, not great.
Summary: Convenient place to stay if you're exploring the area.

Positive: Met with keys, welcomed and introduced to the property. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment for the 4 of us (2 couples). Parking right outside. Bus route into the old town right outside. Would definitely stay there again.
Summary: Very pleasant and comfortable brief stay.

Positive: Very nice apartment in a residential area with a supermarket and bars close by, only a 15 minute bus ride into the main area of San Sebastian, lots of things in the apartment for breakfast which was most appreciated. It was a nice place to spend a couple of nights in San Sebastian

Positive: Rosa is so sweet! She leaves extra nice touches, like coffees and creamer, chocolates, breakfast foods. It is located right on several bus lines (the bus stop is directly in front of the building!)
