Positive: It was absolutely beautiful, from the moment we arrived we had the wow factor!! It is surrounded by gorgeous gardens which were viewed from the property and made it even more special. Perfectly positioned for a walk to the local pub or restaurant and bus stop to go into Chichester.

Positive: We absolutely adored staying at The Barn!!! The beautiful main living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The large windows allow views of the gardens. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outside seating area every day while listening to the birds. There are plenty of restaurant/pub options within walking distance as well as a small farm store. It is a perfect place to stay! We can't recommend it more highly.
Negative: Note that the upstairs bedroom has low ceilings which was not a problem for us but might be uncomfortable for a very tall person. The downstairs bedroom is charming and private!

Positive: Very clean, attractive and thoughtfully planned barn in a lovely setting; really well placed to visit a large number of attractions and interesting places.
Negative: I found the heating controls too complicated when I wanted to adjust the heating down, but that could easily have been due to my lack of familiarity with the controls
