The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.
The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

Summary: We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in villa. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the rental itself had everything we needed. The only minor drawback was that the tram line that takes you to the city is under construction so it is a a bit of awkward walking to the stop, but of course it has nothing to do with the rental itself. And if you have a bicycle you only need 15 min to old city. Would definitely stay again if visiting the town.

Summary: Ideal place to stay and sleep in Dresden. In a beautiful quiet area of the city. In a unique 130 years old house. Great garden. Easy opportunities to reach all parts of the city (walking, cycling, bus, S-bahn). Lots of space. Everything great!

Summary: We recently stayed here for 3 days and loved every minute of it. It was our first trip post-lockdown so we were a little nervous. The apartment in the villa, with a river-side view (no traffic noise what-so-ever) of the garden was excellent and with a high level of cleanliness that I have rarely experienced before as a frequent traveller. It was possible to walk from the villa along the east bank of the river Elbe directly into the city centre in less than half an hour, and enjoy many of the wonderful Dresden sights. The property also offered gated parking, which was super convenient. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

Summary: Erik was a great host. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and has a nice layout. There is a large outdoor area in the back that has access to the river. The are is quiet and also convenient to public transportation.

Summary: Very nice apartment with a enormeus garden with kids play ground. We travel 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. All as showns at pictures. 25-30 minutes walking from Zwinger, Semper Opera or Royal Palace, 15-20 minutes from tram, 9E tram day family ticked , supermarket 5-10 minutes walk. Dresden is a very nice city to visit, this house is a perfect place to vstay if you want a relax place to stay with garden.
