Positive: Superb communication and very easy to find the key lock box thanks to some really helpful photographs. It was also easy to find the property with the directions given. We had no difficulty at all with our stay. The apartment is stunning and the location is a gentle walk into Bremen town centre. I'd really recommend this apartment and I wish our stay was longer than two nights.

Negative: The property does not have a washing machine located in the apartment (although the information on Booking.com suggested that there was one). Maybe it was located elsewhere in the block. It wasn't worth contacting the owner about it for our two night stay although I'm sure Sabine would have been exceptionally helpful had we mentioned it. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

Summary: Patio 3 is a beautiful apartment and combined with a fabulous owner, made our stay wonderful.
