Summary: My husband and I hosted our two adult/married children and our grandchild for the week - the house was perfect and offered great amenities (the kitchen was especially well stocked!) and easy access to all Palm Springs had to offer. Our favorite was sitting on the patio enjoying the views, the pool and hot tub. Will stay again on our next trip to PSP!

Summary: It was a great oasis to come back to after seeing the sights of Palm Springs. The street noise from Sunrise was a little loud in a couple bedrooms, but nothing terrible. Backyard was quiet and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen.

Summary: Come into town for a weekend family event. House was clean, calm, beautiful. Obviously updated and well done. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor seating. Bikes in the garage to use. Host was very helpful with answering any questions. Completely on me, I hadn’t realized, as I had not been to the area before, that the house was on a main busy street (it is shown on map so yes, this was on me). Being from a very quiet small area myself, I was nit used to street noise all the time. Most people are people okay with and used to. Having the casita was very helpful!

Summary: It was an easy, fun, relaxing stay near Downtown palm springs. Our group absolutely loved the pool and hot tub (Get it heated!), and the easy proximity to the many activities of the area via rideshares. We'd recommend anyone stay again.

Summary: We rented this house in PS with our family including my sister who was in from out of town and my dad and his fiancée. The house is comfortable for our size group (6 adults and two kids). I really like the location (it is very close to the main drag in PS). The backyard, jacuzzi, and pool are really great. Had a small hiccup with the heating of the pool (it was broken when we arrived, and it is an extra charge to heat it) but it was quickly rectified. Kitchen was easy to cook in and they had everything you'd expect. I was a little surprised they didn't leave more hand soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. I tried to contact to get more (just a couple tiny bottles of each for 4 adults). The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was the checkout time on our final day was 10AM which the host couldn't extend because of another family coming in. Considering the pricing we paid for the holiday it feels like we were shorted a couple hours that we could have spent enjoying the pool before we left. My recommendation for anyone looking into the property would be to discuss this beforehand when booking.

Summary: Liked the house and it was comfortable for our party of 6 adults and two children. The best features of the house are definitely the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi as well as the comfortable living area with a nice gas fireplace. My only issue was with the 10AM checkout time on the final day. Considering the holiday pricing we paid, it felt like we were shorted at least the full morning to have one last dip in the pool or jacuzzi. I would recommend if this is a concern for anyone else booking this property, you discuss it with the host prior to renting.
