Summary: It’s a perfect little cottage for a small family. It’s walking distance to the beach so no need to load up the car with the kiddos. They provided beach chairs and had some beach toys as well. Very nice outdoor seating with picnic table and grill. Also had a few board games which was definitely a nice little touch. Very clean inside and maintained yard.

Summary: Nice property. Clean and well cared for. Two bedrooms and bath were the perfect size for us. Small outside yard with grill picnic table and a couple of chairs. There was an outside shower which had we gone to the beach would have been perfect for washing the sand off and not tracking into the cottage. Good parking available and beach was a block away. So the location was great right in the middle of everything, to include a short hop over to the ferry’s. Noticed no A/C and only two space heaters to take the chill off the rooms

Summary: Perfect for a few days at the beach. The cottage and furnishings are definitely not new but it all works fine for a beach stay. Appreciated the beach chairs and fans throughout the house!
