Positive: The location, the staff, and the breakfasts/restaurant here were all wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and helpful! It was also perfectly located close to everything in the town, but far enough that it felt quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Our hot water was very inconsistent, and we took several uncomfortable showers. We also had small drain flies flying around our room throughout our stay.

Positive: Great location and sea views. Parking was easy in the informal car park just behind the Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - easily the best we had in Turkey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: The room was a little small, but we weren't expecting it to be spacious - could have done with a chair in the room. There were no instructions for the safe and we were told by the staff that we couldn't change the code, so it didn't seem safe - we decided not to use it.

Summary: Better than expected - a real treat!

Positive: Great location, stunning breakfast (seriously! the choise, the amount, the VIEW). The room was comfortable and pretty and had balcony so we could drink our morning coffee outside with stray cats :)) Also I was lucky to have a chance to visit free yoga class (again, with such a view). Definitely will recommend and hope to return to Kas and this hotel.

Negative: The cleaning service was not so good unfortunately. And if you're sensitive to sounds and noises, it'll be quite hard for you to stay because the walls and the doors are too thin (sometimes shutting the doors by our neighbors was waking me up).

Positive: The view is amazing. Breakfast was good, although got a bit busy at times. The beach club is 5 minutes walk (special arrangement with hotel so you do not have to spend the required minimum amount). Room was comfortable. Location is great - 10 minutes walk to the port, 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 6 minutes drive to a further beach (which is nicer). Lots of parking spaces which was great. Water refilling option was excellent. The whole ethos is lovely - a bit hippy if you know what I mean! Quiet.

Negative: Getting in and out of parking was irritating as you need to call or text the hotel to open the gate and always took 5-10 minutes! Beach club gets quite busy.

Positive: Great location..just far enough away from the centre of Kas in a quiet location. Easy access to all that Kas has to offer. Reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Really lovely breakfast space and the breakfast itself was also excellent. They have a sister hotel called The Hideaway which is adjacent. This hotel has a roof top cocktail bar which does really good drinks and offers a great view of Kas. Would definately stay here again
