Positive: Payava make our stay so wonderful, knowing that it was our honeymoon they upgraded us to a room that opens out onto the pool! That staff were so friendly.
Negative: The town of Kalkan is nice but it was too touristy for us

Positive: Our room was really spacious and the swim up terrace was lovely! Breakfast was really nice either way lots of traditional options and the terrace was a pretty spot to have it! All staff were helpful and friendly whether serving you at reception, in the bar/restaurant or on our terrace. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We were also really pleased with the late check out service - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we really appreciated it.
Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike to be honest. The only thing I would have liked is a duvet on the bed but this is a very minor and personal thing - I didn’t ask for one as what we had was fine.
Summary: A very relaxing break in a lovely venue with incredibly helpful staff!

Positive: My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Payava Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern and minimalist design of our spacious suite. It had everything we could possibly need — thoughtful touches like a cute tote bag, a kettle with teas, and soft bathrobes made it feel extra special. Our suite overlooked the heated pool, which was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was another highlight — a beautiful selection of pastries, hot and cold dishes, and the most delicious homemade apricot jam. When I asked about buying a jar, the lovely staff kindly arranged to have one sent to our room — such a thoughtful gesture! A big thank you to Gizem and Neymar for their warmth and hospitality. Our hearts are full, and we can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend this stylish boutique gem in Kalkan!

Positive: This beautiful hotel is the perfect base in Kalkan. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We booked the trip to Patara which I would definitely recommend. The best part was the gorgeous breakfast! It was so fresh and tasty with lots of choice. It’s also very peaceful. I’ve seen reviews that mentioned noise from across the street but we didn’t have any problems.
Negative: Minor things! The coffee isn’t great. I’d recommend going to the kitchen by korsan next door, theirs was pretty good. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee restocked in the room, too.

Positive: This is a new hotel located in Kalkan that has everything one could need during the stay in the area. Everyone without exception was super friendly and helpful, many thanks to each member of the staff working here who made our stay comfortable and added to overall excellent experience in Kalkan. The breakfast was mostly vegetarian and really good, there were new things every day, so it didn’t get any boring after a week. Swimming pool is big enough and there are comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a guide with tips on the area and we discovered our favorite beach club around thanks to it (Lures), Payava also have some discounts with some clubs for the guests, which is great! Rooms are spacious and there are balconies, big bathroom, wardrobe and enough place for all the stuff. Beds were comfortable. Parking is spacious and behind the hotel so we never had an issue to park a car. Luckily hotel is not located close to the old town so it’s completely fine to drive there by car.
Negative: Nothing really major, it feels like every single wish is accommodated here and everything we asked for got provided to us immediately. Maybe blankets could be a bit softer or an extra sheet placed under but I’m sure if we asked for it we would get it right away, it was not a problem for us.
Summary: Payava is the place that will make you feel 1000% comfortable, one of the best hotels I have ever been to!
