Our home is full of sun and light in summer and features a cosy indoor log burner fireplace and heat pump for a warm and snug stay during the winter months.
Flatscreen TV with Sky (all channels) and Netflix.
Entertainment sound system with Bluetooth. WiFi also available
We have a lovely alfresco area and decks for outdoor entertaining. Great place for a BBQ overlooking the bush and lake view.
We have off road parking, so bring your boat!
There is easy access for boating, trout fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming and picnicking.
For the adventurous, the two popular walking and cycle trails W2K and K2K begin in Kinloch, one of which is 50 metres from our driveway.
We are also in a very sheltered spot and just a short distance to the Marina, shop and restaurant and domain. The lake front beach is only a 200 metre walk through adjacent reserve.
Kinloch is home to two golf courses and tennis courts with BMX and walking/mountain biking tracks abound, something for everyone.

Summary: This is our 3rd year staying in this home for our Summer holiday in Kinloch.We love it!So quiet, so peaceful and such a great location within walking distance to the lake for swimming.Great hosts, Thank you so much once again

Summary: Stayed for a week for the event in Taupo. The house was perfect with everything we needed and the location was nice and quiet and a 15-20 min drive to Taupo

Summary: I stayed in Kinloch with my family while I was competing in the Taupo Ultramarathon. The beach is in a lovely location right next to the course. The bach itself is beautifully kept and was spotless when we arrived. The owners were easy to deal with and responsive to all comms. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The house is a great size, with three bedrooms, full kitchen, large lounge, outdoor seating deck area and laundry. Less than a 20 min drive back into Taupo. Make sure you do your supermarket shop before coming out to Kinloch.

Summary: The most fantastic 5 days. Super trails for biking, walking etc. Scenery is simply stunning and to top it all off the house is just perfect. Kinloch really is a hidden gem of a place. Will be back !! PS Our dog loved it too. Lovely safe section. Thank you.
