Summary: We were 3 weeks in the house and had great holidays. The house and the rooms are very big and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The pool is sooo large, you can really swim and dive. It was great for us and our daughter. We had a small dog with us. Marina and her husband Joe love dogs, he constantly got small sausages and biskuits. When we went on a big trip, Marina took care of our dog. That was so nice! We have make beautiful Trips to the sea, Abruzzo, Rome, Naples and Pompeii. Of course, you need a car! The w-lan Hotspot is very special. It‘s a small box and we had a lot of problems with it, but Marina helps is very quick. We recommend this house to someone who likes it quiet and is not afraid to drive longer distances by car.

Summary: Big thanks too Marina and husband if we need too know something the was ready to help. A lovely place and the big pool and we have a lot of volleyball matches. All around you can see nice mountains. The place is quietly but only 12 min to big town. Good thing as well not fare from motorway A1 only 10 min. Would definitely recommend this place. Summary: The villa was very nicely presented. The photos don't do it justice as when we arrived we were stunned by the views and size of the property. The pool was far better than expected with the sun dazzling on the water all day. It was a short drive to a lidl and scattered around were lots of small towns with markets and cafes. So worth it.

Summary: The villa is situated in a wonderful location with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. We were a party of 7 adults and the villa was spacious and comfortable. The pool area is the best we have ever come across having visited many villas before. The pool is huge and was very warm as the weather was incredible during our visit. We found a lovely Pizzeria Restaurant fairly close by towards Cassino and the local supermarket we visited was adequate to our needs, especially as we prepared our own food most nights. Stefano the gardener was very helpful and dealt with minor maintenance issues within the house and Marina, the owner, was always happy to take calls/answer texts to deal with any queries we had. Monte Cassino was an interesting place to visit and we went on Saturday when the market was on in Cassino. We had a lovely holiday and time constraints meant we could only stay 1 week although we would have loved to stay longer. Thank you!

Summary: We spent a wonderful week at Villa Treta. The villa was lovely, though most of our time was spent outdoors in the most beautiful grounds. Stefano the gardener came daily and the poolside and eating areas were so well kept. We had a relaxing week, venturing out only a couple of times for day trips to Rome by train (very easy) and Monte Cassino. (Pompeii and other places are close enough for a day trip but we were moving south for our second week so saved them for then). Local shops are close by and some really good restaurants are within easy driving distance. It was a lovely week and would definitely book again as was a really charming part of Italy.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Villa Treta. There were 10 of us travelling and there was plenty room for all of us. We had family about 40 mins away so it was a great location to visit them along with visiting Rome (train about 90 mins) from Cassino and had our hired cars to travel to Pompei (Ruins were amazing!). Have to mention the Abbey at Monte Cassino which was just stunning! The kids just loved the pool and didn't want to leave. As the weather was pretty hot the pool was a great place to relax. It was sad to leave but we have great memories of our holiday here. ❤️

Summary: As we were a family party there for 70 birthday celebrations we loved the space. There was plenty of room throughout the villa for quiet places for all. We particularly loved the large kitchen as ate in a lot with all the wonderful local produce. We were given a very warm welcome by family relatives and great local information on restaurants and other interests. The pool was the main reason for booking the villa and the villa's relative proximity to Rone airport. The pool was immaculately kept by Stefano and set in a lovely garden. We loved the table tennis table too. It was fun to be in the countryside with the sound of goat bells in the mornings and evenings. It was a very happy week for us all and much recommend it.

Summary: The villa is as described and is in a quiet location. It has well maintained gardens and has good views of the surrounding countryside.The swimming pool is clean and regularly checked.We were met my the owners' representative for handover of keys and instructions at the start of our holiday and again at the end of our stay. We had a great holiday and the pool was a great hit with our grown up children. The villa is near to the autostrada so places like Caserta, Pompeii, Naples, Montecassino and Rome are within easy reach.We have relations living close by and the villa was a good base to go visiting and to have them round for a BBQ. The villa is well equipped if you want to cook but is within a reasonable driving distance of local restaurants and agrotourismos. The information pack in the villa is very useful giving ideas for days out. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would highly recommend this property for just chilling out or as a base for sightseeing.

Summary: We came to Villa Treta as a family group of eight, our ages from 6 to 80, and we all felt immediately at home in the special place which is Villa Treta. With family nearby in Cervaro and Capella Morrone the location was perfect for us. For those of you who pass by this location thinking you don't recognise it or that it's too far from any town you recognise - don't. If you want a taste of the real Italy visit Villa Treta - Rome,Naples and Pompeii are all easily reached. A day at the beach only 25 minutes away or spend a day exploring the villages and small towns around Villa Treta and you won't be disappointed. We were only sorry we didn't stay longer - with family to see and a wedding to go to we were out more than in but the day we did spend at home around the pool was just perfect. The villa has everything you might need - it is clean and very comfortable. Marina who was back in England when we visited was available and responsive to any requests we made and her family in Italy were warm and welcoming. Mille Grazie da Marisa Ian e tutti noi.
