Quiet residential area one mile from Wm. Hilton Parkway with lots of open space for exploring, picnicking/grilling by the lagoon, swimming in the refreshing, beautiful pool; an ample shady playground for the kids to play within view of the unit; one mile to a sandy, public beach at Fish Haul. The unit itself is a two story unit on the second and third(top)floor of a 3 story building. ( No one above you, with exterior stairs to access the unit); the unit was recently remodeled to give you modern comforts with a beachy decor and all the conveniences The flooring is all engineered hardwood, so great for guests with dogs and easy cleanup; The pet fee is just an additional $35 for the stay for two dogs, $50 for 3 dogs. There is one medium crate on site, in case you would like to crate your dog when you are out and about. There is a deck off the living area with a view of the marsh and lagoon; a fully-stocked, modern kitchen and to the immediate right is a half bath; the dining area sits four at once but extras chairs are available; there are two bar stools on the extended kitchen counter; there is a single Murphy bed to accommodate sleeping a 6th person in the living area; You can relax on a sofa or love seat in the living room. while watching TV/movies on a large Roku TV; wood burning fireplace for cooler nights; the upstairs has two master suites; and plenty of closet space. each bedroom has its own full bath and TV. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hall; plenty of restaurants and and shopping near by; convenient to Hilton Head Airport. Boats, trailers, RVs, can not be parked there. They will be towed immediately and it will take $800 to reclaim them plus a $100 fine. However there is a storage rental place right next door.

Summary: The check in process was easy and there was wonderful communication with our host prior to and after our stay. We brought bikes and the trial for walking or riding was convenient and safe. We cooked Al meals in the unit and had what we needed. The pool was lovely. There are lots of stairs to climb without handicap accessibility. We wer comfortable and I would go back anytime.

Summary: Unit was as described inside. Dishwasher was broken however we were informed of that ahead of time. So, no complaints about the unit. The building in and area was unexpected. Building needs a lot of TLC and fellow residents/neighbors seemed to consist of mainly temp construction/airport workers. Unit a couple doors down appeared to house a large number of male temp folks so made us nervous to leave teen daughter alone. Very pet friendly building. We had to leave early through no fault of owner or unit but overall adequate for our needs. Unit was very clean and spacious.

Summary: Stayed here with my friend and her dog. We loved the property and it was super affordable! The host was in constant communication about any of the concerns we had. Check in/check out instructions were easy and detailed! I would definitely stay again!

Summary: Overall it was a nice place, very nicely decorated and closed to a lot stores. Owner was very nice and considerate. The top bunk bed was a little squeaky and don’t forget to put the parking permit inside your car.

Summary: This space is very cute! We were close to everything and the beach extras that were supplied was such a wonderful surprise. The only downside was the flights of stairs.

Summary: Inside was very neat and clean with everything you need to have a perfect getaway. Comfortable couches/beds. Airport noise during the day but quiet nights. Host is A++++. More than accommodating. We will return!
