Two large bedrooms (king and queen bed) will make you feel at home. The house is fully equipped with comfy furniture and a reverse osmosis water system. Outside you will enjoy a lush landscape with a huge deck. There is street parking and beautiful landscaping in this shared backyard.
This lovely house is on a quiet street. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, antique shops, many parks, the zoo, and the inter-coastal waterway and beaches are minutes away. We are located just a short distance from Lake Worth Beach, Downtown West Palm Beach, and the illustrious town of Palm Beach.
Less than 20 minutes away you will find the Port of Palm Beach, International Golf Course, a vibrant art scene, the Palm Beach County convention center, and world-class Polo and snorkeling. Palm Beach International Airport is 9 minutes away!
We are also less than 30 minutes from St. Mary's Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, JFK Hospital, and Wellington Regional Medical Center.
Public transportation is available nearby but most people drive their own cars. Tri-Rail and Brightline train are also near for those who want to take a train to Fort Lauderdale and/or the Miami area.

Summary: We booked this rental for over 60 days and really enjoyed it. Excellent collaboration with the owner. Very pleasant courtyards and patios, full of fruit trees. We recommend!

Summary: Though the pictures were accurate, place was clean. TV and Wi-Fi was good. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine. I personally just did not feel comfortable. Constant noises out my bedroom window, dog barking next door. I don’t think the neighborhood was safe for walking around. I spent at least time as possible in home, basically slept and showered. I wanted to keep lights on outside , however whenever I came home in dark the light was off. I spoke to owner and she said she would address it. The switch was always on but lights were not. I figured it out. Owner was turning the Wi-Fi bulbs off, I got exactly what I paid for. Be careful of the over grown thorny bushes in front, Caught my clothes and bags every time.

Summary: The house was exactly as shown on the pictures. I booked the property for a few days for my daughter’s dance competition and I am so glad I did. Patrice was responsive to my every question or request; I appreciated her immediate replies to my messages. The property was super clean and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the host made sure we had clean towels, clean linen, and all the information we needed for our stay. She even left us mangoes on one of the chairs of the backyard which was super thoughtful. I loved the property and definitely recommend it.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home. Photos of the home were 100% accurate. Patrice is so kind and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I asked her if she knew of a beach with chair and umbrella rentals and she recommended the perfect beach immediately. She even provided an address. She kept me updated on the check in process, checked in on us and The property was perfect for us. The backyard was very nice with a large deck, chairs and even a mango tree! It was an oasis on its own. Only a couple miles from downtown West Palm Beach and a couple miles from the airport. Grocery store and pharmacy eight down the road and restaurants nearby too.

Summary: Before even getting to Florida Patrice was so accommodating and available to answer any and all questions very quickly. The home is super cozy and stocked with all of the essentials. We loved the beautiful backyard that was a relaxing escape. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Summary: Loved the house , wished it was easier to obtain watching TV . You have to program through your Ipad so it's a bit of a task . No just seaching for a channel . Great location and the neighborhood was really charming .
