Summary: If your looking for an apartment that is clean, quiet, comfortable, bright, and away from the tourist bustle, this is your place, In addition, the location is perfect for getting to most of things you will want to do in Paris (both touristy and not). The Metro is 1 minute away, and there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Our host Marcin could not have been more helpful. He was very responsive to all our questions before we arrived. He also gave us a little tour of the area, which helped us get our bearings. He was even helpful after our trip ; we left something behind in the apartment: he went out of his way to find it and mail it to us. Really just a fine apartment and a perfect host.

Summary: We recommend this apartment for a couple or family. It is small but well equipped, bright and comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful, giving us great information on how to find the apartment. The location made getting around Paris to the different sites easy with a metro station close by, as well as shops and cafes. A great neighborhood to call home during our visit.

Summary: We enjoyed this apartment close to all amenities and Cadet metro station. The apartment was well stocked with all supplies and for 3-4 people it's perfect. You are away from the toursist crush yet minutes away from major attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The apartment was just perfect for our stay in Paris. We lived there with a family of 2 adults + 2 children. The rooms are sufficient in size, nicely decorated and designed, comfortable and intelligently equipped with what you need - and even more. The living room and the kitchen are one, the table is big enough to eat at and the kitchen hosts all necessary appliances, a big stove and even an oven with microwave. The sleeping sofa in the living room is very comfortable, as good as a good bed. The bathroom is small but it does not feel like it. There is a lot of deposit area prepared to put all your necessary bathroom items. The shower is nice, even a small bath tub is installed. Finally, there is a washing machine available. All is very clean and well maintained. The house itself is located in an absolutely quiet passage, leading through a couple of courtyards. The advantage is that you are off the Parisian traffic noise and can even sleep with the window open. The neighborhood is just great. There is a wide selection of food stores and even restaurants a little bit further down rue Cadet, where you can buy anything from bakery to fish, meat, vegetable, wine. Even on Sunday, there is a supermarket open. Metro Cadet is very close, although it is even possible to walk all the way to Notre Dame in approx. 30 min. Taking care is perfect. Marcin and Mathilde are very nice and really friendly hosts, prompt and accurate in their response and also in meeting with us. Their recommendations regarding the region were comprehensive and helpful. Wen ever we visit Paris again, we would chose to come back and we highly recommend the apartment to anyone who appreciates the quality aspects described above. Many thanks to Marcin and Mathilde!!!

Summary: This is a lovely apartment in Paris. It has a lovely atmosphere and decoration and everything you could need and is more spacious than I thought from the photos. It's very clean, great roof top views and both the pre arrival booking and the meeting on arrival were detailed, friendly and timely. It is a great location for walking everywhere, which surprised me, but the metro Station Cadet is so close should you want to get somewhere a bit quicker. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Wonderful apartment. Clean, neat , comfortable, stylish , all equipment in working order. The apartment has everything you need (TV, stove, microwave , heating and other amenities , at our request, even provided an extra bed ) . The apartments are located on a quiet street . Apartments are located next to the metro Cadet and near the center (to the Opera, Galeries Lafayette foot 7 minutes).Hosts friendly, attentive and honest lovely. I highly recommend this apartment to friends and acquaintances. And in my next visit to Paris to stay here again.

Summary: This flat is ideal for exploring Paris as it is a couple of minutes walk from the metro Cadet and is surrounded by a good choice of restaurants and shops. The helpful owner met us and showed us round the well equipped and clean flat. It feels secure with an entrance code, up 3 flights of fairly easily managed stairs and into a sunny flat decorated in modern Ikea style. The flat felt comfortable and a good size for us and our teenage son who slept well on the bed settee. The shower worked well and there were plenty of clean towels and bedding. The kitchen has everything you might need although we didn't cook much! A very good holiday experience with no complaints.
