Enjoy the comfort, privacy and convenience that our well appointed flat has to offer.
Our beautiful 775 sq. ft., spacious apartment is full of light and has the ambiance of a home nestled in the trees. Soundproofing adds to the relaxing environment.
Your 2nd floor balcony/deck is another charming place to relax in the sun, sip coffee or gaze at the stars. Descend down the rear stairs to your private patio. There you will find a soothing Hot Tub spa with a hot & cold water outdoor shower. A fully screened, 12' x 16' outdoor living room with comfortable upholstered furniture is your own private retreat. Add the finishing touch. Light the gas flame fire table! Enjoy the glow and cast of the chill.
There are two queen size beds in separate sleeping areas making it comfortable for 1 adult couple maximum. Our living area sectional sofa also has a full size bed pull out. The bathroom has double sinks with granite counter top and toilet/ bathtub-shower separated by a door.
Kitchenette/bar features sink, Keurig coffee maker & coffee, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, flatware, a magnetic burner with magnetic cookware and cooking basics.
Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes provided for your use.
Walk to grocery, shoppes, restaurants, beach and nightlife in this great little town!
Take a stroll to one of our several art galleries, festivals or antique car shows. There is always something to see or do if you enjoy the fresh air, like walking, running, fishing, stand up paddle boarding, boating, surfing, biking, kayaking, wild life watching or painting, any other outdoor activity.
There are many options nearby to play indoor or outdoor Pickleball, Tennis or Racquetball at no charge.
If the weather is not the best we have a history museum, charming shoppes, bowling, a luxury movie theater, and very often live music at our local restaurants or bars both day and evening.
Minimum age of occupants 29 years old - verification with I.D. mandatory if requested. Not suitable for babies or younger children, teenagers or any guests under 29 years old.

Summary: We've been to New Smyrna several times but this place was awesome. Quick walk to the beach to see the sun rise. We enjoyed our private deck during the day and a hot tub at night. My husband grilled some meals but lots of local restaurants, to enjoy close by.

Summary: Mike and Candi were gracious and very attentive to all our needs. We walked and biked to beach, parks, restaurants and pickleball courts and shopping areas. Hot tub and balcony were great. Kitchenette is very small, but we grilled a lot. Main bedroom is separated by a curtain, and second bedroom has sliding glass door.

Summary: The property was as described. Candy, our host, was on hand to provide an orientation tour at check in and was readily available throughout our stay. While there is no true kitchen, there is a gas grill, a hot plate, an electric skillet, a toaster oven, & a microwave for meal prep.There is a full-size refrigerator. There is EVERYTHIING you could need to cook - utensils, measuring cups pots, pans, and baking dishes. The only real challenge is the tiny sink for cleanup. Candy has provided anything and everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, robes, extra blankets, etc. And if you forgot to pack it, never fear, it is stocked and ready for your use: bug spray, suntan lotion, aloe, tweezers, laundry detergent... I can't think of anything missing. During our stay, sadly the hot tub began leaking and we only got to use it once. Candy & Michael kept us informed about their attempts to get repairs done. We came back from an outing one day to find a bag of gourmet treats and a bottle of wine waiting on the doorstep for us. They offered us use of their kayaks and Candy worked hard to convince us to try pickle ball - she was willing to be our instructor! We were not convinced :). They are great hosts! The beach is a quick walk across the street and across a parking lot. Wonderful restaurants such as Garlic and The Treehouse are within walking / biking distance. Easy 30-minute drive to Blue Springs state park. Also, a great Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings on Canal Street.

Summary: The owners are the most wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and welcome. The property was super clean, something is paramount to us, and very cozy. The quiet privacy was perfect! Candy and Michael are wonderful people and made it very easy for us to be there. Thank you for giving us our "first time" fantastic experience!!! Highly recommend this listing!

Summary: Great location for us…. Just far enough from the busy nite life but in the middle of great dining, convenient shopping and easy beach access! We stayed at the site for 3 days before we even drove anywhere, hosts were available but not intrusive! We will definitely be back:)
