Summary: Location is in a neighborhood of duplex/multi-family units. There was a lot of activity in the mornings. The cottage is not clearly advertised as a duplex but is with a regular tenant in the smaller half. The pool is designated to the VRBO side. This did not create any problems for our group as we are not late night people.The house had general necessary furnishings in all rooms. Great location for closeness to restaurants.

Summary: Nice views of pool and canal. The home could use some updates in the kitchen and baths, but it was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of nice quality.
