Amazing house in the middle of a Christmas Tree Farm. Perfect for family reunions, company picnics, getaway trips, guy/girl weekend, rehearsal dinners or even small weddings. Only an hour from Arc Encounter/Creation Museam. This place has everything.... 1000 square foot Indoor basketball court with 22 foot ceilings, outdoor sand volleyball court, inground pool with automatic cover for safety, outdoor kitchen in pool area with a wood fire pizza oven, 10 acres of sprawling country and for complete privacy the house is set 1/4 mile off the road hidden by trees. Lots of room to move in the 6000 square foot home. Open floor plan with a large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless stain appliances. The entire backside of the main floor has large windows to enjoy the amazing forest view. There is a 400 square foot back patio off of the living room/kitchen. There is a second living room in basement that is equipped with 3 flat screen TV's so you will never miss a play of your favorite game. You can also enjoy a foosball game or get a good work out in the large basement. There is a walk out to the pool and patio. Six bedrooms and five full baths throughout the house. The master suite has a king size bed, dual head walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. We are located 15 minutes from ATP Tennis Center, Kings Island and The Beach water park. 7 minutes from historic Lebanon. 25 minutes from downtown Dayton and 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. You will LOVE this place

Summary: We loved the house so much we are returning. Our family is full of boys/men so the basketball court in the basement was everything to them, can’t wait to experience the house this summer.

Summary: This was a great house for family vacation. There were 15 of us children aging from 20 months old to 11 years old. Three grandparents for siblings with their significant others we had a great relaxing time. Our host was awesome. We enjoyed the pool and the pizza oven and the basketball court. The kids played on the volleyball court. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re having a big group. There were seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, huge kitchen and living room. Upper and lower deck. It was a great place just to be together. Thank you again.

Summary: Once again we found a home to creat lots of good memories. Pool, gym, upper deck, lots of chairs around the pool, big yard for games, table for cards and puzzles, kitchen with lots of different appliances and lots of room for refrigerator items were all good. Thank you, Chris.

Summary: We were in town for our son's wedding. The house accommodated our party of 10 with more than enough space for everyone. There was plenty to do for all ages. We took advantage of the basketball court and heated pool, swimming every day. The covered deck was a favorite place for morning coffee and hanging out during the day. We only wished we had booked our stay longer.

Summary: It's a very nice house with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/living room area was a great place for everyone to relax and chat with each other. I would definitely recommend for large family gatherings. Chris was very nice and responsive should there be any concerns.

Summary: We came to the area for my son's wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Chris was so wonderful to work with and was responsive before, during, and after our trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area. The set up was wonderful for a variety of needs and they thought of everything needed for the stay.

Summary: We had a great experience at this location. There was plenty of room and the house is set up to have different options. We had a variety of ages and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The owner was in constant communication and was quick to respond if issues arose. We would come back again!
