Summary: The horses were pretty. That’s about all I can say. The accommodations were so bad that only my husband ended up staying the night. The other 4 of us ended up staying with family in an overcrowded environment.The house was mildewed smelling, with only light fixtures being lamps. The outlets were

Summary: The accommodations were outstanding. We had everything we needed and more, thanks so much for the special touches. Very cozy and comfortable just like a home! Location was perfect, minutes from the interstate! If we return, we will definitely request to stay there again. Our dog loved sitting on the back porch and watching the horses, even though they freaked him out a little bit.

Summary: My teen children and I absolutely loved our stay on the farm. The house was neat as a pin and so cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed and more and so enjoyed getting to visit with Jan and the horses and watch lessons. We will be back!

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed here for an event in Knoxville. The location was perfect to explore both Knoxville and the surrounding area including Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The property was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Summary: We’ve been traveling to Knoxville regularly and are thrilled to have found this gem. It’s a quiet and calm setting. Had great fun watching the horse riders. The cottage is well equipped for eating in, relaxing and making our stay very easy. Location is easy to get to and convenient to get to all parts of town. We look forward to being back very soon.
