Positive: We knew the property came with a jacuzzi pool but we didn’t realise the size! It was huge & perfect for our 2 year old to swim while we enjoyed the jets. The interior of the property has a warm and cosy feel, from home to home. The size of the property was perfect for us, all facilities and appliances were easy to use. The location was perfect for us and easy to access. We was able to contact Bella via SMS or Call and had prompt replies. We would definitely come back and stay here.
Negative: The mattress in the main bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable for us. We put the mattress on the floor in the twin room for our 2 year old and moved the beds over for more room, we discovered rubbish packets and prophylactic wrappers under the bed and a lot of dust. The electrical appliances in the bedrooms and lounge are filtered off of alot of extension leads and a lot plugged in at once which naturally makes me nervous of hazards.

Positive: Everything, the house was amazing, clean the hit tub was an absolute treat for all the family.
Negative: Not an issue at all and can't be planned for, more of a note for future residents, if there was spare bedding that wasn't washed in softener and perfumed detergent it would help as my wife and son are sensitive to this and it was a little overwhelming.

Positive: The hosts were very communicative and detail orientated without being overbearing. Good facilities and handy location, close to shops, restaurants and takeaways. The hot tub/pool is truly massive, pictures don't do it justice. There is a heater in the cabin and robes and torches are provided. The walk down the garden is over grass so take some flip flops. Some of the property is a little tired (skirting boards etc, nothing that really affects a guest staying) and there were a couple of mould patches, hard to avoid that in England though. A point to bear in mind, there were lots of air fresheners and all the towels and bedding smelt amazing which made it a very fragrant stay. I enjoyed this, but those that are more sensitive to fragrance may wish to ask ahead of time that fabric softener isn't used and air fresheners are off/removed. We would recommended it and stay here again.

Positive: The highlight for us was the Jacuzzi, it was fantastic and we made good use of it. Nice decor in living room and kitchen and bathroom nicely presented and finished.
Negative: The double bed in master bedroom was not very comfortable in our opinion. The washing machine is really disguisting, black mould so didn't end up using it. Could do with a pathway leading to the Jaguzzi as particularly this time of year it's muddy and damp underfoot. Some areas need some tlc to make it the same standard as the kitchen and bathroom.
Summary: Overall we had a pleasant stay here, sadly we didn't like the area so wouldn't return for that reaso
