Summary: Niet aanbevolen vanwege bedwantsen en erg veel achterstallig onderhoud in en aan het huis!!!! Het huis is ruim en het is prettig dat er 3 badkamers en 4 toiletten zijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Opgemaakte bedden is ook fijn. Maar het huis toont verwaarloosd en is niet schoon. Veel dingen zijn niet in orde, schakelaars die niet werken, toiletdeuren die geen slot hebben, een stopcontact dat half uit de muur hangt, een douchekop die maar half werkt, een aantal lampen doen het niet, een groot raam dat dof uitgeslagen is, tuinmeubelen die half kapot zijn, enz, enz. Jammer van dit leuke huis dat het niet goed onderhouden is en dat er zoveel mankementen zijn. In de avond/nacht rijdt er veel luidruchtig verkeer langs, jammer! En er zijn bedwantsen in het huis! Echt een drama! Voortijdig vertrek was noodzakelijk, dat gun je niemand.

Summary: C'est la 2ième fois que je passe le week-end dans ce logement et tout est toujours très correct. Le bien est très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien et la propriétaire est super.

Summary: Dit verblijf voldeed helemaal niet aan onze verwachtingen. We werden niet ontvangen door de eigenaar (die gewoon ernaast woont, maar zeer moeilijk bereikbaar was doordat de bel niet werkt). De sleutel zat op de deur en trek je plan. De omgeving rond het huis was zeer slordig, overal lag afval, omgevallen bloembakken, scheefgezakte bbq, onkruid overal, afbladderende verf rond de deur... We kwamen toe rond 16u en hadden alles uitgeladen, toen we doorkregen dat de verwarming niet werkte. Na nog een poging om de eigenaar te contacteren, kwam die toch aan, maar hij beweerde dat het niet kon dat de verwarming niet werkte omdat de buizen onder het huis warm hadden. Na hard aandringen kwam hij toch kijken en bleek de verwarming niet te werken in het huis. (!) Wij hebben daarna al onze koffers terug ingeladen en stonden klaar om naar huis terug te rijden. De eigenaar kreeg toch ergens terug de verwarming even aan de praat, en doordat het donker was en onze kinderen moe waren, hebben we toch alles terug uitgeladen en besloten om minstens die ene nacht te blijven. Na een halfuurtje stond de cv toch terug koud en koelde het sterk af. De eigenaar had door dat het probleem niet opgelost was en kwam daarna met een petroleumvuur af om toch maar een beetje warmte te hebben. In al die tijd heb ik meermaals geprobeerd om Belvilla te bereiken, wat niet lukte! Wellicht ook omdat het 1 november was, maar toch. Als ik hen had kunnen bereiken, hadden we mogelijks kunnen verkrijgen dat we ons verblijf konden annuleren en een schadevergoeding vragen. De dag nadien heeft de eigenaar een chauffagist laten komen, die het probleem heeft kunnen oplossen. Als we tegen die avond terug thuis kwamen, werkte de cv gelukkig terug. Buiten de problemen met de verwarming, zijn het enorm slechte bedden in het huis. De matras van het bed beneden is keihard, het bed boven kraakt bij iedere beweging. Het huis hing ook vol met spinnenwebben en het keukenmateriaal was alles behalve hygiënisch. Volgens ons werd dit huis amper verhuurd en we raden ook sterk af om dit voor een vakantieverblijf te boeken.

Summary: Naar huis gekomen met beten van bedwantsen....!!! laatste dagen beneden in de zetel geslapen.... Bij vertrek gemeld aan eigenaars of geranten .... Antwoord was oei waar geslapen? Nochthans nieuwe matrassen en alles nog eens behandeld 🙄😱... daarna was misschien uwe hond , ...of het platteland.. muggen .... bla bla.. Lakens bloedsporen nachten gekrabt .... thuiskomst had ik mij anders voorgesteld... apotheek zalf en pilletjes voor de jeuk en alle kledij al dan niet gebruikt gewassen met extra detol Foto's website klopt van geen kanten . Geen bbq geen speeltuin. Enige positieve keuken en beneden ruimte oke. En mooie omgeving. Nooit geen bella villa meer!!

Summary: Een klein minpuntje om te beginnen maar dan ook het enige, de eigenaar had de verwarming op vorstbeveiliging gezet en bij aankomst met buitentemperatuur -4 duurde het een aantal uur voor het huis opgewarmd was, dit werd besproken met de eigenaar en hij ging er rekening mee houden. Voor de rest zeer mooi rustig gelegen woning met ruime parkeergelegenheid, voldoende slaapgelegenheid zowel op het gelijkvloers als de eerste verdieping (bel etage enkel te bereiken via de trap), alle kamers hebben bad of douche, lichtschakelaars in overvloed, veel ramen met mooi uitzicht over de weiden aan de achterzijde. De eigenaar is steeds telefonisch bereikbaar. Spijtig dat een weekend zo snel voorbij is

Summary: De aankomst sloeg wat tegen. De eigenaar was niet aanwezig zodanig dat we telefonisch contact opnamen en toen zeiden ze dat de sleutel op de deur zat. Bij aankomst gaf het ons een verloederde indruk. Autowrak aan de ingang. Een enorme mazoutvlek en geur. Ook een gevaarlijke toegangstrap naar boven. Eén van de vorige huurders hadden de nog vuile borden tussen de propere borden weggemoffeld. P.S. bij vertrek ondervonden we wel dat de eigenaar zeer vriendelijk is.
