Located in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This is a newly built 3 bedroom house, situated on Strouble Lake. Located 26 miles west of the Mackinac Bridge off Hiawatha Trail. 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan, surrounded by state land on a paved road with ample parking space. This rental offers year round activities and fun. Snowmobiling, motorcycling, skiing, fishing and hunting right out the front door. Come relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of an inland lake, watch the beautiful sunsets from the covered 10x32 porch. Enjoy a fire in the outside fire pit. 3 spacious bedrooms, the bedroom located on the main floor is equipped with a queen size bed. One bedroom upstairs is equipped with a queen size bed and two twin beds, the other bedroom upstairs is equipped with queen size bed and one twin bed. 2 baths, one on each floor, one with shower and one with tub/shower. We also have WiFi. We are conveniently located between Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls and Pictured Rocks. Great for Day Trips! Includes aluminum row boat and three kayaks to choose from. Very peaceful and relaxing setting with a great view of the the lake.

Summary: We had a great stay! House was very nice and clean. Only suggestion would be a little nicer grill but we managed. A DVD player was listed but not present that we could find. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again. I have a 4 star for communication only because I had difficulty reaching the property manager but I believe he was having trouble with his app notifications. Once that was sorted out everything was good to go.

Summary: Cozy home to getaway in. We hit Mackinac island, kitchitikipi, pictured rocks, and Tahquamenon falls… all 45 minutes to 1 hr 15min… Kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing during the down times… Perfect place for family memories…

Summary: We were doing a quick weekend trip to do some basic UP sight seeing & the location was perfect to go everywhere we wanted to go. We are a family of 6 and we had more than enough room. The kids enjoyed the lake so much! My favorite part was how peaceful and relaxing the house was. I would love to go back in the future.

Summary: Nice, quiet property on the lake. House was very clean. Spent lots of time on the porch facing the lake. If you like privacy, this is for you. Nature lovers paradise. There's more to do in the area than you would think. Of course, there's some driving involved, but found plenty to do in the area. The fishing was decent, especially for bass. Lake is shallow so had to work to catch other fish. Saw many animals including a bald eagle a couple of times. This property provided a very peaceful vacation. If our group decides to visit Michigan's UP again, we'd definitely have no problem staying here.

Summary: The location is very nice with lots of interesting sites to visit within a short drive. The mosquitoes were thick but I think that would have been the case anywhere this time of year. Overall, a nice cabin in the woods!
