This home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Located a few miles from Dickson St and University of Arkansas. Walking distance to many great local restaurants, a golf course, dog park and a natural creek. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores.
The Space:
Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Private back yard with large patio and gas grill. Our back yard backs up to a local ranch and is surrounded by trees. No neighbors behind this house, just next door. It is common to see deer grazing in the afternoon.
Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.
Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park.
