Summary: The check in process was very easy. Upon arrival we noticed there was no hot water, the hot water heater was out so no hot showers. The kids had a great time in the creek on the canoes. Jennifer was very helpful and did everything she could to help. No hot water, a refrigerator that barely worked, and extremely cramped sleeping arrangements are what give this listing a low rating. It was very disappointing to take off work and everyone to drive 4 hours not to mention what we paid to have things that didn’t work.

Summary: Had a great stay. There were a couple of minor issues but the property manager was super responsive and fixed the issues immediately. Its a beatiful location and good accommodations. We had a great stay.
