Positive: The location is excellent - easy to get to with a bus stop at the end of the road. Nackareservatet is just behind the property - we recommend taking the bus to Älta and walking back! Lovely views of the river from the property. Inside is beautiful, well appointed, with comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Our favourite time to spend in the property was in the morning when it very much lived up to its description. We did encounter a few issues during our stay (see below) but to her credit, Sofia was exceptional with responding.
Negative: You will encounter noise from the adjoining co-owners' property - particularly in the evenings. We were not aware from the listing that the apartment is joined to their home. We experienced noise all three nights. On the Saturday night, the family had a gathering/celebration with music, talking, and laughing heard clearly through the bedroom wall until ~1am. We had hoped to get an early night to wake early and visit Tyresta however following a long day and then an unexpected late night our plans did not work out. We were offered a partial refund of £16 for the inconvenience however this put a dampener on our entire stay. The apartment is described as 'Peaceful', and I was sad that we did not get the 'Peaceful' experience it seems most other reviewers on Booking.com and Airbnb did. We did not have any towels on arrival, I had to message and we were told to use the allocation for 'next guests'. The kettle leaked, we had to message and report this with photos/videos evidencing the issue. However this was resolved very quickly and a new kettle appeared like magic in the apartment. Be aware that the shower drains VERY slowly so take it very steady with the control.

Positive: This is a magnificent apartment with a lot of attention to detail, and all new inventory. The location is perfect: using the (freely usable) bikes, Stockholm is easily accessible, while on the other side of the house Nature starts, and you can walk around in a forest. But of course, at this price point, you would expect nothing less...

Positive: Beautiful, attached house on the lake. The accommodation offers peace and tranquility in nature with all advantages of a big city. 10 minutes walk to the shopping mall and 15 minutes drive/ bus stop in front of the house/ to Gmala Stan. Hous is beautifuly furnished and equipped with. Pristine clean. Welcoming gifts. Host very engaged and helpful. We staied for a week and were sorry to leave.
