Summary: Neat little place. Great location. The owner was super responsive and over the top helpful. Only downfall was that it is a duplex and you can hear evey single thing the neighbor is doing. Lots of loud music. Their unit is beside and above this one and even walking upstairs is loud. Didnt ruin our stay, but something to know ahead of time. 🙂

Summary: This home is located in a nice neighborhood convient to downtown Charlotte. It was very clean and conlmfortable. The host was very responsive to questions. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze; communication with the property manager was frequent, pro-active, timely, and responsive; the house is older but very comfortable and clean; the kitchen has been updated with new appliances and is very well stocked with a variety of coffees and teas; the location is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located and offers easy access to major streets and highways. All in all, this was a cozy little bungalow that was nice to come home to after our busy days in Charlotte.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay from very clean, comfortable and equipped home, to the picture perfect street it's located on. Great places to sit down, or grab a quick bite/drink within walking distance. Would absolutely book again without hesitation.
