This luxurious 7000 sq ft country estate on 35 private picturesque acres has been tastefully arranged into three separate rental units, each with it’s own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces. Come and enjoy the Peaceful Retreat, a remodeled suite featuring roomy living and dining areas, private attached bath, and a romantic bedroom with very comfortable mattress. Enjoy watching seasons change as wildlife pass by the oversized living room window.
The Estate at Williamston is a large, private 7000 SQ foot country estate that has been separated into three individual units: "The Bunkhouse", "The Luxury Escape", and "The Peaceful Retreat". They are each separate units under the same roof (could be considered similar to a townhouse) with their own exterior entrance and there is no shared inside space, but if adjacent units are both rented, the connecting doors can be unlocked from both sides simultaneously to connect the units. As there may be another guest in the adjacent unit, we do ask all our guests to observe quiet time between 10pm and 8am to respect the other guests.
The Bunkhouse is the middle unit, so it can be combined with either or both of the other two. The peaceful retreat is a single floor and the other two are each two story, which, also similar to a townhouse, the floor above and below will all be the same unit (i.e. your ceiling won't be immediately below someone else's floor.)
To rent more than one unit together, guests can simply make both or all three reservations in the usual manner. We had previously offered a single rate for the entire property, but it was higher than the combined price of the three units, so now we simply offer the ability to rent all three individually if they are available on your desired dates.

Summary: I almost felt like I was part of the Holiday Movie driving through the woods to our sweet home for 2 nights. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. You need to bring plates and cups but we loved that it felt like home. We also had our 2 10 year old boys too. They slept in the living room and we all just loved it. Thank you for our stay.

Summary: We were at the Lamafest for labor day weekend at MSU. It only 20 mins to get there or 17 miles. Nice area. Saw deer and Sandhill cranes. nice place

Summary: This listing is exactly as it is described. We were aware of the connecting units and expected it to be much louder than it was. The other units were hosting a wedding party and the only we noise we heard was when someone directly outside of the dividing door. Pretty, cute, comfy bed. **not stocked with anything** so plan accordingly.

Summary: This is a lovely old farm house divided into rentals. The property grounds are a beautiful mixture of woods and open area around the pond. This stay was extremely peaceful and a delightful place to come "home" to after working! I will definitely check for vacancy at this property for my next work/school trip needs!

Summary: Peaceful retreat was exactly that. Just beautifully decorated; serene surroundings, quiet. Thankful that pets were welcome. Other guests in a connecting space tried to open the connecting door this morning. Glad it was locked. Overall very comfortable

Summary: I was happy with my stay. The property is an old farm house that's been split into 3 different rentals, and I was in the smallest. It did not have a full kitchen, but I think that's reflected in the price. The setting is peaceful and pretty, and I saw a LOT of deer! I did reach out to the owner in advance to make sure I could bring my pet bird (we were having a new furnace installed and I didn't want her around the fumes), and she responded right away and was very friendly. Check in was super easy, everything was as described, and there was a bonus heared floor in the bathroom. I've already recommended this place to my brother for his next visit home!

Summary: This was a nice place to stay and just what we needed to be close for an event in Mason. It was peaceful, clean, and the property was beautiful. We were so appreciative of the additional directions from the host as we got in late and the area would have been confusing otherwise. We weren’t sure what to expect for the kitchen but it was more than what a hotel would have with a large fridge, microwave, coffee, machine, and air fryer. We could hear people in the other unit from our hall and bathroom but it never disturbed our sleep. We were very happy, thank you.

Summary: It was amazing!! We stayed in the Peaceful retreat. Our dog loved all the acreage to investigate. We came in for a football weekend and it wasn't too difficult to get to the stadium. But it was so great to have the peace and quiet when we got back to the property.
