4 Bedroom House in Perry

Our place is great for a quiet getaway in the country. We have lots of space inside, pergola with dining table outside, a gas grill, hot tub (open all year), a 3/4 acre fishing pond with a dock, ping pong in the basement. Perfect for multi-generational family get togethers. Sorry, no pets, no weddings, no groups of 20-30 year olds. We are happy to rent to families but have too much trouble with groups of singles.

Summary: Was here with kids ranging 8-14 and the pond and fishing was a hit. Had plenty of room to sprawl out and hot tub was great.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. We stayed as a family, we had 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of seating inside and out for all of us. The kids loved the playground/sandbox and had a great time fishing in the pond. The house sits on a large property with lots of room for kids to run and play. The hosts had lots of toys and children's books for the kids to play with and even offered to put baby gates up for us. This property was close to many family friendly activities such as the zoo, splash pad, and beach. If you are looking to take a trip with children, I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Our immediate family stayed on this lovely property. It was perfect. The hosts communicated with us to address our needs, and everything was prepared for a pleasant stay. We were able to relax after busy wedding activities. Our granddaughter loved the outdoor play area so much that her parents ordered her a similar play set for their new house. The hot tub offered another great wedding stress relief. . If our daughter decides to walk for graduation, we will book again! Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Linda was an amazing host who made sure we had everything needed for a great stay. The house was perfect for our ball team needs. The property provided room for growing boys to run, a pond for fishing, and offered great swimming after a long day on the ball field. We would stay here again should we return to the area.

Summary: The property was fine overall. Great location and fun property. VRBO needs to improve certain disclosures. The property bordered busy highway 52. The property was full of owner stuff and drawer space was limited. While we appreciate all the appliances, conveniences, etc. the counter space was too cluttered. Also, the water was supplied by a well, and I informed the owners of the odor in the sinks and showers. Apparently the filters needed to be changed in the main water system. A tad inconvenient having to buy water for consumption. Again, our stay was great, and they provided many toys for our youngsters.
