Welcome to Sunset Meadow summer 2024! Our house provides beautiful views of the ocean and sunset from most rooms of the house, the porch or the shared patio with bbq grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever untensils you need to make a nice home cooked meal with friends and or family. There are tables on the porch for a cozy sunset dinner. We provide beach towels, linens and basic soaps and shampoo. Chebeague is a beautiful place to tour on bike, I would recommend bringing your bikes along. There are many beautiful beaches to visit on Chebeague, you will love the quiet serenity of this beautiful tight knit community. Dont forget to wave to the passersby on your adventrures!

Summary: My mother, husband, son and I stayed at this property to attend my daughter's wedding. First, the house and furnishings are beautiful. My mother is 83 and needs easy access to a bathroom so she stayed in the ensuite. Sara was very friendly and helpful. The property has easy access to the beach and has a firepit and a beautiful, well furnished deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: A very comfortable, spacious, well-maintained home that was great for our group of 6 adults. Lovely views of the water and a big backyard, plus it's an easy walk to a coffee shop and beaches on the south end of the island. We had a car to get us to the north end of the island. The owner (who's super responsive and helpful) lives in a basement apartment on the property with her dogs. This wasn't a problem (and she does mention it in her bio)-- just as a heads up because we didn't realize and were caught off guard by the cars in the driveway when we arrived. Overall a great place to stay!

Summary: We had a splendid week staying on the island. The house is beautiful and spacious with a fantastic kitchen. The water view is gorgeous and there a wonderful lawn to enjoy our back. Tons to do on the island and we didn’t have time to explore it all so we will be back!

Summary: Sara's property is lovely and so is Sara as a host. Everything you need is there and she is more than helpful. The dogs are fun too! Great spot for our family weekend. Our island is a well kept secret and we hope the charm stays that way.

Summary: We rented this house with another couple who we hadn’t had a chance to spend time with for many years. The island and house were fantastic. The owner went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed and to make our travel on & off the island as seamless as possible. The house is exceptional in terms of style, elegance and cleanliness. We have rented many homes over the years but every aspect of this stay was truly above & beyond our expectations.
