Located minutes away from 30+ Grand River Valley Wineries, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, beaches and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, you will always find something to do, grab your friends and we'll see you soon!
Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!
This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.
☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!
🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Summary: Annual weekend trip for grandkids (cousins quality time ) . Grounds of this house are not up to par - if you want to spend anytime outside do not choose this house . Inside of the house is good . Grass was long overdue for mowing and everything else about the outside was long overdue for maintenance .

Summary: The house was clean and well maintained! The host was very responsive. The property is close to Spire with a paved walking trail about a .3 mile walk and a little over a mile drive. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: The location right on the bike path, tucked away from the road was great! Had nice weather so we were able to enjoy the fire pit both nights of our stay. The house was spacious, comfy and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway! Rebekah was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed our week in Geneva! The house was beautiful and well cared for. Even though it rained a couple of days we were happy to spend time together in the spacious house, playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there. Our family is already hoping to return next summer for another week. The only reason for the 4 star rating on communication was because there were workers that came to fix the air conditioner and we had no idea they were coming. My mom was startled when she came in from reading on the porch and there was a man standing in the hallway It would’ve been nice to have a heads uo or at least for the workers to Announce themselves when they arrived.
