This family friendly villa is just north of Pacific Coast Highway and a half mile from Newport Beach peninsula. From the Sunset Park bluff overlooking the peninsula, only a 15-minute walk (or better yet, a 5 minute bike ride) to the sandy beach and Pacific Ocean. The Newport Pier is just another mile south (5 more minutes) along the beautiful beach boardwalk.
Enjoy a dual-master bedroom layout with two full bathrooms, beautiful wraparound balcony and sun deck, hardwood floors, three TVs, fireplace, internal laundry services, and a open kitchen with all-marble countertops, huge skylights, and stainless steel extra-deep sink.
Modern bathroom remodeling in 2020. Second master bedroom has Queen bed plus two twin kids beds.
Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Queen Mary, and the famous Newport Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza shopping centers are a half hour away. LEGOLAND is 90min away. Sea World is 2 hours. Summary: Another great month a Casa Christina in Newport Beach. Great location, beautiful grounds, love both pools and jacuzzi’s. Weather was perfect everyday and the beaches are amazing. The condo has everything you need with a relaxing patio too.

Summary: Another great stay at Casa Cristina🙌🙌🙌 The manager always does an excellent job attending to our needs. The location is great, only 1/2 mile from the beach and a couple from all of our favorite restaurants. We love the grounds, pools and gym. Every summer we hate to leave.

Summary: Casa Cristina continues to be marvelous— this is my 4th time staying at this property and I’m looking forward to returning soon. My husband and I traveled with my parents to Newport for the New Year and we can’t think of a lovelier place to stay.
