Beautiful villa with large garden and superb panoramic views. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout with bedrooms and living areas air-conditioned. The gardens extends to 3,000 square meters with terraces, grassed areas and olive trees. There is direct access to the Siagne canal via a gate in the garden - a lovely spot for running and walking. The private salt water pool is heated and there is a large petanque with summer kitchen in the garden - great for spending lazy afternoons at the house. There is private gated parking for several cars. Cleaning services: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, there will be a light mid-week clean and a full weekly clean. Linen, towels and pool towels are provided and changed weekly. The property enjoys sun all day long with beautiful sunsets behind the hills of Grasse.

Summary: We are six retired Americans who travel together often. We are also experienced VRBO users. I have said to many people, when using VRBO for a vacation rental, the property manager is just as important or maybe even more important than the property. Michala is the most responsive property manager we have dealt with. If messaged at a reasonable hour she respond in minutes. Now add to that a wonderful modernized property in a wonderful location, and you get what we got, a perfect vacation. Michala arranged a driver and a cook and both were outstanding. The property has stunning views and easy access to rail, within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the privacy all renters seek. If you are visiting the south of France and you want to be a short distance from all things and a short train ride to Cannes and Nice, you cannot do better than this property and you will not find a better property manager than Michala. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Summary: Beautiful house - a real hidden gem in hills of Myan Sartu. Nice located, easy accessible, safe, comfortable and convenient especially for families with children. Mikaela is a very responsible and attentive host. Our slightest problems were solved instantly without ruining our plans for the day. Special mention should be made of the breathtaking view from the terrace and the great opportunities for children's leisure. The house is just overflowing with different toys and board games. Our family was so happy to spend our holidays here and will definitely come back again.

Summary: We had a super holiday at Michala's wonderful home in Mouans Sartoux. The house was very comfortable, clean and so well equipped. We took advantage of Michala's excellent recommendations for local restaurants, however, the kitchen was so well equipped we could have happily cooked and hosted a dinner party for ten people. Mouans Sartoux was a great location as a base to explore the Cote d'Azure. The train station is only 10 minutes walk from the house and the A8 only 10 minutes by car. We relaxed by the pool during the day, went out to explore and had dinner late afternoon and returned later to enjoy the super night-time view from the terrace over the valley towards Grasse. Last but certainly not least, Michala was a wonderful host. We thought we might not be able to travel at one point and she was accommodating and so helpful - great communication. So pleased we made it!

Summary: We just loved our week at this fabulous home. We are a Canadian family of 8: 5 adults and 3 kids ( ages 13, 10 & 9). After eight days in Paris, this was the perfect place to chill. The setting is fabulous. We had a spectacular view of Grasse and the surroundings, and we enjoyed many glorious sunsets. The patio area really was the winner. Spacious with lots of room for everyone. The house was very well equipped and Michala & Denis we’re very responsive to any little concerns or questions we had. Great pool. Kind hosts. Highly recommended.

Summary: The house was sensational. The vista is beyond. The kitchen motivated us to cook and eat on the patio every night . Proximity to all the area has to offer and the patisserie and vegetable market and town are all right at the foot of the hill. Ours hosts organized all we needed too - language tutoring for our daughter and extra housekeeping. 6 stars !

Summary: Great Villa with an amazing panoramic view. I enjoyed the open space layout of the house, the ample kitchen fully equipped, the modern amenities and the overall functionality of the house. Outside on the large terrace we had many sunset dinners sipping rose wine. We also spent a lot of time in the pool and on the bocce field. Central to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, historic landmarks, airports etc. Prompt response from the owners for anything you needed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend it

Summary: The villa was truly magical, while also invoking a sense of "home". The community areas are large enough that you never feel crowded and there are several places to "hide" within the property for true soul searching/peace with a magnificent view at every turn. Very well maintained, and quaint restaurants/shops just a short walk away, but not too close(you still feel tucked away). HIGHLY recommend!!
