Summary: The house was very clean, well stocked with supplies: dishes, cookware and miscellaneous items (soaps, coffee necessities, garbage bags, detergent, paper products, etc.). Even a welcoming gift. Loved the water view. Feeding the ducks and fishing off the dock. The host responded promptly and so were so welcoming.

Summary: I stayed at this property and didn’t want to leave. Every detail is thought of and the house is clean and beautifully decorated. You really feel at home in every way!

Summary: We loved our stay at this property. It was very clean with simple, modern furnishings. Its location on the bay is perfect, and the front window overlooks the water. We had very humid, rainy weather for several days, coupled with some lingering wildfire smoke, which really strained the capabilities of the AC window units. The unit could probably stand to have a dehumidifier and an air purifier, but other than that, we had everything we needed.

Summary: It was perfect, and our hosts were delightful. It was an ideal home for three adults with such a beautiful view of the water. We were sorry we didn't have tie to enjoy the fire pit at night! The sights and smells of being on the Bay again was just a treat! There's always so much to do in the old neighborhood. The historic miniature golf experience, breakfast at the Parkside Diner, Bill Gray's hamburgers and Abbotts frozen custard for lunch -- those are still the highlights. Next time it will be golf at Durand Eastman and a ride on the old Jack Rabbit wooden rollercoaster. We just ran out of time with wedding festivities. Thank you again, Terry and Terry! Summary: Beautiful property in a location that is close to everything, restaurants, stores, down town Rochester, etc. It was a peaceful and quiet location with beautiful sunrises and calm evenings. Would definitely go back. Terry and Terry were very welcoming and made us feel at home.

Summary: My Yorkie and I spent a very enjoyable month on the bay visiting various family and friends in the area. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO listing and everything was spotless. They even provided enough coffee for the stay and a welcoming bottle of wine. I loved sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the boats head out across the bay. Terri and her husband were fantastic and gracious hosts. I hope to return next year. The only negative are the stairs up to the rental, they are a bit steep. But I don’t think you will find any cottage on the bay without stairs. This one is great!

Summary: Terry and Terry were terrific hosts. They live next door and answered all questions. The cottage is very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The AC was a lifesaver in this hot weather. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice appliances.. The deck outside has a beautiful table with umbrella that seats six. The view is outstanding. We also sat at the fire pit closer to the water. Just a wonderful little getaway! Highly recommend.
