Positive: It's a nice hotel, fairly comfortable. Friendly people and staff.
Negative: We had a problem with the toilet overflowing and flooding the area. For some reason this was not resolved quickly. In fact, I had to make several calls to the front desk, then go down there. We were left to wait for maintenance to come in at 10am. I went back to the desk and asked for a plunger. After being told again that maintenance would not be there until 10am, I said that I wanted a plunger immediately. Eventually, two men came to the room who knew no English and had no idea what I was saying. It wasn't clear that they knew to get a plunger. Two other men came to our room who were able to unplug the toilet.

Negative: We had to wait well over 3 pm to check in. The large birthday party had taken over the swimming pool and hot tub. They were jumping all over the shallow end and middle We felt secluded to the corner of deep end with our 4 year old. life guard would be nice or atleast security to make sure rules are followed. Bar drinks are a little over priced and the menu is small. I was charged 2 security deposits just because I used a different card at the bat than I used for the room?
