Positive: Easy, no problem with the host, great communication. The house itself was nice and comfortable for what we needed.

Negative: The mattresses were very uncomfortable and we all experienced very bad sleep as a result of this. The decor could do with an update. The kitchen floor was very slippery underfoot and we nearly had an accident when holding the baby.
