Summary: Came to Austin for a concert and stayed here for two nights. Felt very safe and was very comfortable sleeping here. Awesome balcony view! Super easy check in and check out process. Very well maintained as well. Perfect location and parking garage was a huge plus.

Summary: We had a great stay at this condo. It's in a perfect location for going to a football game and walking around campus. Close to a great little convenience store (Orange Market) and well stocked for a weekend stay. The communication with the management company/property owner was amazing - they are very responsive and helpful. The unit is on the top floor and I will say there is a VERY loud humming noise that comes into the 2nd bedroom/bathroom (presumably from the AC units on the roof). They do provide white noise machines (and when we were there in October, the units did not run at night so it didn't disrupt sleep). The bunk bed in the loft is pretty squeaky, so not good for light sleepers. We would totally stay here again.

Summary: The place was perfect for our graduation hub. While the outside of the building and the internal areas are a little tired, the apartment was clean and the communication, attention and helpfulness was all top notch. The location is perfect for campus activities.

Summary: The apartment was in a good location and worked for us. We could walk everywhere and the parking garage was convenient. The loft bunk bed was a little wobbly and my daughter wouldn't sleep on the top bunk because of that. It would of been nice if there were more towels in the bedroom with the king bed and more toilet paper left under the sink. Otherwise, everything was good.

Summary: Shocked by all the black grout in showers. The supervisor did show up to clean after I called but is going to need maintenance to remove grime. The paint on walls all scuffed up- worn out apartment fit for frat boys. Unfortunately there is no possible refund.
