Summary: This property was all we could have dreamed of. The house was better than expected. Clean, spacious, and well stocked with things to make our stay great. The beach entrance is a one minute walk and its just far enough away that its not Clearwater packed. I highly suggest this property to anyone.

Summary: The house was plenty big enough for 10 adults and 2 Kids. Everyone had their own shower/bathroom. The hosts were very communicative and helped us immediately with a few items that were missing in the house. Location is perfect right next to the beach and a quick 10 minute walk to the restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property was well located for beach access and a relatively short walk to the main business district. The only negative was its close proximity to the neighbors in the back. The house worked well for our 10 person family. We had difficulty with the TV’s as the remotes were not in the proper rooms. We never could get the upstairs TV to work in the room between the bedrooms. We had difficulty with the hot tub initially but finally figured it out. Instructions close to the hot tub buttons would have been helpful. The grill was dirty when we arrived with virtually no propane. The pool guy did not come on Monday and Thursday as we were told. Only after I contacted the property manager was the pool cleaned for 1 time during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property.

Summary: Wow. This home is amazing. It is rare to find a home with this many King beds. It was immaculate and stocked with everything you could need. The elevator was a must for some of the guests and it went to all floors. The location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to resturants and shops. I cannot say enough about the Hannah with Brightwild who was our point person. Her communication and assistance wat fast and top notch. There was a maintenance issue with the spa and she opened up the unit nextdoor for us to use while it got fixed. I highly, highly recommend this home.Thank you again Hannah. You were the icing on the cake of our stay.

Summary: Our family gathered for the Thanksgiving holiday and we truly enjoyed our stay at the Pearl House. The space allowed for everyone to be together comfortably; yet, the house offers various areas to get away or enjoy smaller groups if so desired. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, walking to the beach; which is steps away, and sitting pool side. Communication regarding issues (all minor) were responded to quickly and professionally by Toni.
