Summary: A group of 9 of us stayed for our friend's wedding nearby and the house was perfect for us! It was clean and comfortable, and there was even a welcome basket with a a bottle of wine and delicious homemade cake. The surrounding property was also gorgeous, and Market Drayton only a few minutes drive away for supermarket etc. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We used the Clockhouse for the Grooms party to stay for my wedding and thought the house and grounds were lovely and were sad not to be able to spend more time there. However, some of our number did enjoy an early morning run in the grounds/estate and also along the canal and thought that was fantastic. The only improvement we would suggest would be to provide the ability to have a shower in the upstairs bathroom. Getting 8 people ready on the morning of the wedding did cause something of a shower bottleneck! Many thanks for our stay. Richard

Summary: Booked the property for a girls weekend away, and it by far exceeded our expectations! The house and grounds are beautiful, as well as being fully equipped for everything you could need during your stay. Alice and Arthur were great hosts, really helpful and left some lovely touches such as a home made cake and wine on arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Summary: We were a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Clock-house. We Can't say enough superb things about this listed property, location, cleanliness, comfort (especially the beds), the grounds & tranquility. We would love to visit again & fully recommend it to everyone who may be considering a visit. The hosts were great and even left us with a delicious cake. A truly stunning property.

Summary: Lovely large-roomed building simply but tastefully maintained to a good standard. Fine garden and outdoor area. Far enough out of Market Drayton to be a peaceful rural retreat with green landscape but close enough to be able to walk into town easily. Should have stayed longer!

Summary: Great house with plenty of space for the 9 people it can sleep, both inside and out in the garden - the house itself is beautiful and full of character, nicely decorated and perfectly clean. The owners were friendly and helpful.
