This is a full-time guest home. It sits on 2 acres surrounded by Pecan, Magnolia, and Crepe Myrtle trees. There are 7 bedrooms and 4 baths.9 Queen Beds. The hall bath is handicap accessible. One of the baths has a 65-jetted tub. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to feed a large group. There is plenty of room for socializing inside and outside. The great room brings large groups together in one place; the kitchen is the heart of the activities. Outside there is a deck that is 40 x 35, with lighting.
There is plenty of parking for 8+ cars, use of the entire house, a washer (the largest that is made for home use), and a dryer available. The new washer has a special setting and place to put the baby's clothes to wash. The house is approximately 3,500 sq feet, and the deck is 40 feet x 35 feet with outdoor lighting. There are four refrigerators, 3 are side by side, and another on the deck has a freezer on top and a refrigerator on the bottom.
Events are allowed. There are additional charges. We have 100+ chairs. An additional fee of $10 per person is for attending an event. Contact Michelle Taylor, manager, to discuss your plans and get pricing and any additional rules. There is no charge for infants. Children are under 12 years old. You will be charged for children 12 years old or older.
The host doesn't live on-site but is always available by phone, text, or call.

Summary: If your number one priority is seven bedrooms with four baths, then this could be a possibility. Otherwise, I would find a better place. The place had several problems like a broken dishwasher, hot water turned off in the kitchen and a flaky wifi. Communicating with the property manager was a little difficult. She did not respond in a timely manner and then had me contact the property owner to get things fixed and resolved. The wifi issues were never resolved and caused problems with internet access. There were not adequate supplies for our group. For example we could not find a large bowl for salad. We had a hard time finding adequate coffee cups. The dishwasher was not mounted and kept falling out when the door was opened. When we got there it was not working and full of dirty dishes. We had to wash them with cold water and no sponges or wash cloths. The owner sent in a repair man to take care of several issues. This was inconvenient during our stay and took up our limited time there.

Summary: This property worked very well for our group. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of chairs and couches for all of us to sit and tell good old sea stories of memories past.

Summary: The house sleeps 2-20 people. We had 17 stay. Charged for extra guests. Could not figure out at what number did they became extra guest- 3? 7? 10? 12? 21?

Summary: OMG where to start me and my family rented this home for the week coming from Phoenix Arizona what a great place and views that we had there we had a small hiccup in the beginning but the management took care of it in a heartbeat we will definitely rent this place again

Summary: Please read this review in its entirety. This review should be seen as a reflection of the Home and not a review of the Host. Michelle was great and very communicative/responsive, even with a day-prior request to check-in early (12PM), Michelle graciously allowed us to do so. Our group of 15 adults required a weekend rental for a friend’s wedding in nearby McKinney, TX. The Home itself is quite quirky - noticeably older, an unending amount of light switches to figure out, and ensuite bathrooms with curtains instead of doors. Not bad, just quirky. However, a few items to note: - For a $300 cleaning fee, the Home's cleanliness is poor. (1) most dishware required washing prior to use, (2) there were dead and living cockroaches, and finally (3) even with a $300 cleaning fee, with no on-site trash pick-up, the Host requests Guests drive 3+ miles to dispose of waste. - There is an extreme lack of both AT&T and Verizon cellular service in the area and though the listing mentions Wi-Fi it is really just an AT&T mobile Hotspot (which runs on cell service). This made it virtually impossible to stream any sort of music, television, or other entertainment. Overall, the house served its purpose to house a large group, had comfortable enough beds, functioning A/C, and plumbing.

Summary: We stayed here for the weekend of my daughters wedding. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was VERY helpful. It was easy access to all our "spots" for the weekend. This home was found clean, with comfotable bedding and plenty of space. We liked that it was more of aa country atmosphere rather than in a concrete subdivision. Although, it was a cold weekend, we talked about booking again when we could enjoy the outdoors a little more. Michelle was a great host and did everything she could to make us comfortable. The only thing I would say is to declutter or organize some areas like hallways and closets. Thank you Michelle! We will see you again!

Summary: Listing is like a house for sale listing online. Pictures look better than the real deal. Definitely could have been cleaner. Listing says two washers and dryers available and there was only one set, we definitely could have used two. Charged more per person for breakfast provided, but we only received food for breakfast at our initial check-in. Overall, the house fit our needs for a few days, but had some disappointments.
