Summary: Beware if you want a good night's sleep. Our otherwise pleasant stay was marred by a large, noisy group of people hanging out on the patio of the Inn's Bistro until 1:30 AM. We were given a room with windows looking out to the patio and were awakened at 1:00 AM by the noise of approx 40 people enjoying the fire pit and drinks together. Two phone calls to the front desk finally solved the noise problem. I was told that, yes, the Inn has quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM, but the Bistro patio/courtyard is open with the firepit(s) lit until 1:00 AM. So that doesn't make sense at all. Many rooms face this courtyard, so beware that you might be awakened in the middle of the night by lots of noisy people, as there is no explanation or attempt to consider those guests who have come to an Inn to sleep at night. If you like late night noise, this is the place for you. It was as though we were the crazy ones who wanted a quiet night. Otherwise, enjoy your stay and the beautiful surrounding countryside!

Summary: The resort is beautiful and the rooms were nice. The staff were great and accommodating. The food at the Bistro was amazing. Main concern was the excessive insects in the room. They were good about it and changed rooms, but it was a hassle since it's all stairs, no elevators or trolleys so had to pack all the bags up and move them to the new room which took 2 trips. They did comp our room charges for the inconvenience which was nice and the new room did not have insects. The showers in the pool area need repair and cleaning, the overall trip really was good. The pool and hot tub were great. We plan to go again despite that hiccup.

Summary: The room was a decent size, the bed was extremely comfortable. The food at tge Bistro was amazing. We wanted a quiet peaceful night and tgat is what we had. We will definitely be back when there are winter and summer activitie but it was so relaxing during off season.

Summary: Excellent room location for ski-in ski-out. Pool complex has lots to do which our kids love. Restaurant options on property for more family oriented to live music/nightlife so if your group has people interested in both, you all get what you want.

Summary: Its was my first time there and would maybe stay one more time just to give it a chance. This hotel is really outdated and old . My room had maintenance issue when arrived and sent maintenance in my room 2x while we were trying to leave for reservations already made for tubing. Sonwhe we got back they could not fix the issue and moved us to a room with not enough blankets and they ran out of then we had a sofa bed that was filthy and no roll away beds left either. So we slep very uncomfortable 2 people squished on a little couch. It was just a horrible experience for our firat time staying there. Then they didnt even have a free brekfast for the money it just was not worth the prices charged for the rooms.
