Newly updated and renovated! Luxury waterfront home with fabulous space for entertaining!
Located just minutes from NASA space center and Kemah boardwalk you are close to all the nearby attractions with a short 30 minute commute to Galveston or Houston.
The space
Beautiful privately nestled waterfront acreage on Clear Lake!
Newly updated and renovated, the main house has 3 master suites with king beds and a large common living area at the heart of the home with an 86” TV and pool table, great for entertaining with open living between family room, dinning, and kitchen. Three sliding glass doors open to the expansive patio where you can lounge with friends or play shuffle board outside while enjoying the panoramic lake view.
The upstairs sleeps another 6 guests in the three bunk beds and spiral staircase to a bird’s nest with stunning 360 views of the Clear Lake!
The carriage house located just off the main house also has a private bathroom, queen bed, sitting area, and two rollaway twin beds to sleep another 4 guests.
The backyard features a pool and private walking trail with two boat docks with boat lift and ample private parking for guests and trailers. There is a public boat launch just a mile down the road at Clear Lake Park, a short 2 minute drive. The property is fully fenced with key pad entry for security and privacy.
The guest house has another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with open living and dining space, big screen TV, full kitchen, and private patio. This can be rented for an additional $400 and will sleep another 6 guests.
*We only book one group at a time so you will NOT have to share the property with anyone outside of your group.
- Main house & carriage house can sleep up to 20 guests
- Guest house can sleep up to 6 guests
Guest access
You will have access to the main house, carriage house, and backyard area. You will not have to share the property as we do not lease the guest house out separately. However, you are able to rent the guest house in addition to the main house if you need more room for an additional $400 per night.
Other things to note
We partner with the wedding and events venue next door, Waters Edge, for groups who are having an event. It is also a great spot for smaller events, couple retreats, and families.

Summary: This is a hidden gem on VRBO!! Family enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. House is very secure with a gated front yard. Will definitely come back next year.

Summary: Conley and Hannah, Thank you so much for allowing us to use your property for our Annual Robuck Family Vacation. We loved every single moment! The RAIN thought it was gonna cause us chaos however we had so much room inside and on that lovely back porch with the rockers that the rain could not damper our spirits! Our Adult children and their spouses along with our GRANDbabies had a BLAST! We truly appreciated Conley's immediate attention to bring us an outdoor light so the little ones could enjoy the pool. Everything was top notch and greatly appreciated! Our Adult Kids told us it was the best house we had rented for our Family Vacation as it accommodated all ages! Summary: My family had the best time at this gorgeous property!! The views of the pool, backyard and water are gorgeous. The house has plenty of room for everyone and there is so much to do you dont need to leave the property! Ping pong, pool table, corn hole, fire pit for s’mores, etc. Rachel is a gracious host and we cant wait to return for another family get together in the future!!
