This lovely, year-round townhome sits 100 feet from the shore of beautiful Pelican Lake. The views are fantastic. You can fish from the spacious new dock, or bring your boat and explore the 8,000+ acre lake. Play yard games on the lush green lawn by day and sit by the fire-pit at night. Relax on the beach area, wade into the lake, or take a raft out to the nearby sandbar for a refreshing dip in the lake. Walk or boat to Breezy Point resort to use the public beaches for swimming.
Our townhome is comfortably furnished with a full array of appliances, including dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A flat screen TV, cable, and wireless, high-speed internet ensure you’ll have the best of both worlds. With four separate sleeping areas, eight (8) can sleep comfortably.
At Breezy Point Resort, you'll have access to public sand beaches and a marina with fishing boats, kayaks, paddleboats,and hydrobikes for rent.
We are just 5 minutes away from three premiere golf courses including the award winning Arnold Palmer designed Deacon’s Lodge. Great restaurants and shopping are also nearby. Breezy Point is a beautiful location and our townhome is a great place to stay. Come and be our guest!

Summary: This is a perfect place to rest and relax. Sit on the deck with your coffee and a book and its wonderful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beds and sleeping areas for the 5 of us. Checking in and out was easy. Nice big yard to play yard games! Would definately go back and recommend to others!!

Summary: Enjoyed our time connecting with family. We had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We really liked being by the lake and enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.

Summary: Really nice dock, lofted duplex with 2 bedrooms but 4 different sleepong areas, 3 beds upstairs. Nice yard and good set up!

Summary: The house has a great layout, lots of room and super clean. Location is awesome, super close to Breezy Point marina, lots of areas to safely walk. We rented a pontoon from BP marina 2 days and absolutely loved Pelican Lake. Yard facing lake is very pretty, mostly green grass, small but nice sand beach area. The only "negative", which the host can do nothing to correct, is lake level due to drought is super low. The hosts do have a large weed removal system which is awesome. Unfortunately, right now lake level where weeds have been removed is super shallow. Small kids would love it. In front of dock is coveted in weeds. Looks like when lake is at normal level weeds would be a couple feet below surface and you could sit on floaties without touching weeds. Hope drought ends soon as this is a really nice place to visit.
