Summary: Room was in the basement. Small and window under the ground. Dissapointing when not said in the booking information. Breakfast was OK.

Summary: Staff was very friendly but the rooms were tiny, the walls thin, and the bathroom also very small. It was a struggle with two people in the room and our luggage but it was a decent bed and a decent location.

Summary: Great place we will be back. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was next to none. The best place we have stayed in a good while. The staff were very nice and friendly. The building had character to it and was very close to Hyde Pk and tube station. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

Summary: My trip was a social trip meeting up with friends. The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed base was a little worn around the edges. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice from cooked, pastries, and cereal.

Summary: The room was not cleaned properly on our arrival, during the first night the fire alarm went off 4 times without any fire due to a malfunction from 1 AM to 4 AM. We were "upgraded" to a triple room that was next to the elevator so the noises of the elevator were constant.

Summary: This is a very nice, quiet little hotel in a great location just north of Kensington gardens and near two tube stations (Queensway and Bayswater). Great service and breakfast too. Every type of restaurant you could ever want is within a ten minute walk (ethnic, American, fast food, etc). Also, a grocery store, pharmacy and several quick shops. I’ve stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it.
