Summary: Excellent experience, Karen was very responsive and helpful. Accomodations are represented accurately online. Several local restaurants within a very short walking distance and a great little Cooperative store across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Summary: We have had a wonderful stay at Penelope's Flat. Our party included 2 boys, 16, who spent all four days [President's weekend] skiing nonstop at nearby slopes. While they were away, I took advantage of the quiet flat with excellent WiFi to work, read, and research. Every evening, we all enjoyed cooking in the Flat's well-appointed kitchen, eating in the spacious dining area, and then relaxing with games/television. This is a fantastic place to stay, convenient to ski centers and for hiking, restaurants right in Philmont, plus the village is very close to Hudson which I enjoyed. Comfortably furnished, excellent sleeping accommodations. And: Karen was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend.

Summary: Comfortable home with plenty of room. Close to so many things fir great exploration and adventures i a 30 minute radius. I enjoyed exploring nearby towns if Hudson and Chatham as well as the many local farmers markets open even in January!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, we couldn’t have asked for a place. It was very clean and quiet, we made use of the in unit washer and dryer, very easy to use. The kitchen was great to cook in and everything was labeled for us. We also appreciated the guide book that left for us to look at on the dining room table! Thanks again!! We will be back at some point!
