Positive: Great hotel in a fab location - very close to the Royal Palace. Friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms. The roof top pool are bar are an adde bonus with excellent views over the city.

Negative: No TV cable for lazy movie day, but great outdoor spaces. Their "natural" toiletries are fully plastic. A little change would be more truthful to their values.

Positive: Staff in the rooftop bar and restaurant were lovely, and the doorman was extremely kind and helpful.

Negative: When my husband slipped in the pool, badly hurting his back, no one from management bothered to see how he was or offer any help after it was reported, just ignored. One day someone will really hurt themselves.
