Positive: Location is very nice and I have stayed here before. Last time, I was given a very nice room. this time room was nice but no elevator and not enough toiletries

Negative: No toiletries, no extra toilet papers, not enough pillows and comforters

Summary: Staff is very good, cooperative. I asked the guy at reception to call the taxi and he did it.
